A blend of Corvina 65%, Rondinella 20%, Croatina 10%, Molinara 5%

Amarone wines are made from the same grapes as Valpolicella with the difference being that the grapes are air dried for at least 3 months, where they obtain an extraordinary concentration of sugar and other fundamental components like extract, glycerin and aromas. This style of winemaking has historical roots dating back to the 8th century BC.
