The organic winery is in the north eastern area of Spain flanked by mountains on each side. The winery is in a 200-year-old house with an underground cave (3 floors) which allows the winemaker to leverage the effects of gravity to process the grapes as gently as possible.  As well, the wines benefit from the naturally cool environment and it's optimal humidity for wine aging.

This wine is made from old Grenache vineyards but vilified in a young way, meaning it is fermented in stainless steel tanks and is not aged in barrels. The purpose of this wine is to conserve the youth and fruitiness of the Garnacha, but without over ripening it. 

The wine's aroma shows strawberries and cherries with some floral notes.  In the mouth it is fresh, alive and elegant.

Under the current liquor law, food must be purchased with this alcohol order.  Customers must be 19 or older to purchase alcohol and may be required to show identification when order is delivered or picked up.
