Beef Bourguignon for Two (2 lb portion bag).
Harry's Cooking Tips:
1. Full a large pot halfway with cold water. Bring to a boil. 
2. Place bag into boiling water then turn heat to medium. 
3. Bring the water to simmer and let bag simmer 12-15 minutes. Then turn heat off. 
4. It can easily stay in the hot water until ready to serve. 
Ingredients: Beef chuck flat, bacon lardon, chicken stock, red wine, canola oil, cooking onion, red pearl onion, mushroom, carrots, garlic, celeriac, celery root, flour, fresh herbs, salt & pepper.
