Rosemary Fingerling Potatoes with Onions in Foil
Ready to place right on the barbecue!
Harry's Cooking Tips: Step 1 - Place foil pack on hot side of grill and cook 10 minutes, flip and cook an additional 10 minutes. Step 2 - Move foil pack to other side of grill with no elements on and cook on indirect heat for an additional 10 minutes (flipping foil pack at the 5 minute mark). This is just a guide as all grills are different so check the potatoes periodically.
Oven method: Step 1 - Pre heat oven at 375. Step 2 - Place the foil package directly on the rack or on tray. Step3 - Turn over once after approximately 12-15 minutes and cook for another 12-15 minutes (every oven is different). Step 4 - With a small knife, poke the foil pack into a potato to see if cooked. If still firm leave in oven for another 5-10 minutes. Once ready keep warm until ready to eat.
