100% Chardonnay

This chardonnay from the Niagara region comes from the Tawse vineyard in Vinemount Ridge which was purchased by Moray Tawse in 2005. The vineyard was certified organic in 2008 and boasts a state-of-the-art winery complete with a six level gravity-flow design.

"An undeniably elegant chardonnay with style, charisma and great definition. Very good quality oak is wispy in contrast with the density of fruit on the palate. Ethereal in texture.
