Braised Red Cabbage for Two
Add some colour and flavour to your plate with this side dish. Pairs beautifully with the Filet steak.
Ingredients: Red cabbage, bacon, celery shallots, garlic, butter, cider vinegar, honey, salt & pepper.
Harry's Cooking Tips: Preheat oven to 400 F, place cabbage in oven safe pan or small casserole dish. Cover the cabbage for and heat for 5 minutes then remove cover and heat for another 5 minutes (until hot throughout). Stir once or twice while heating through. Serve and enjoy!
