Broiled Beef & Onion Toast
Chef Jesse Vallin's speciality - Imagine beef with drippings from a roast on toast. Just devine!
Directions: Spread beef & onion on crostini. Heat under broiler for a couple of minutes just to warm through.
Ingredients: Ground dry aged beef, onion, red wine, sherry, salt, Barberian's Steak Spice, capers, grainy mustard.
