Harry's Cooking Tips: Lightly oil hot grill or add a film of oil to a heavy bottomed pan, and sear the pork on both sides until well browned and heated through. Serve with the barbecue sauce.
Ingredients: Pork shoulder, Barberian's steak spice, yellow mustard, ketchup, worcestershire sauce, tabasco, cider vinegar, canola oil.
