Bone-In Prime Rib Roast 4.5 lbs x 1 with Horseradish cream- Take roast out of the fridge 1 hour  - 1  1/2 hours to rest and season well with Barberian's Steak Seasoning 1/2 hour before cooking. Place roast (bones face down) on a roasting rack on top of a cookie sheet or roasting pan. Heat oven to 450 F and cook the roast at this temperature for 5 - 10 minutes, then reduce the temperature to 325 F and cook for another 10 - 15 minutes per pound. Use a meat thermometer as your guide to reach your preferred internal temperature (we recommend 130 F for Medium Rare).  Remove roast from oven to rest for 10 - 20 minutes and tent very loosely with foil before serving. **This is just a guide as all ovens are different! 
Horseradish Cream - Horseradish (horseradish, water, white vinegar, canola and/or soya oil, salt, sugar, frozen egg yolk, corn starch, sodium bisulphate, mustard flour, spices, locust bean gum, dehydrated onion), Sour Cream. 

Wild Mushroom Soup - Wild mushrooms (oyster, cremini, yellow boletes, portobello, & porcini), water, celery, garlic, onions, shallots, carrots, fennel, butter, olive oil, potatoes, herbs, white wine, sherry, brandy, and heavy cream.

Harry's Cooking Tip:  Heat in a medium sauce pot at low to medium heat. Stir often so not to burn the bottom.  Let simmer for a few minutes to heat throughout.  Do not boil! Serve in a bowl and enjoy.

-Baked Potato kit x 4 :Enjoy our classic Baked Potato served with all of the delicious accoutrements including sour cream & chives, bacon and feta.

Harry's Cooking Tip: Bake potatos directly on oven rack at 400 F for 45 minutes to 1 hour.  Let rest for 5 minutes before serving. 

-Roasted Fall vegetables: ingredients: sweet potato, butternut squash, carrot, parsnip, turnip, red onion, garlic, thyme, olive oil,  Barberian's Steak Spice. Cooking tip:
Stove top method: 
1. Heat a non-stick pan at med-high heat. 
2. Empty the vegetables from the bag to the hot pan and cook for about 6-8 minutes. (Every stove is different)
3. Toss often to cook the vegetables evenly.
4. Once heated throughout, serve and Enjoy!
Oven method:
1. Preheat oven at 375
2. Place the vegetables from the bag onto an oven safe pan or baking sheet. 
3. Cook for 17-20 minutes. (Every oven is different)
4. Flip the vegetables a few times to prevent burning. 
5. Once heated throughout, serve
