Take a break from the grill and enjoy a Bone-In Prime Rib Roast that has been dry aged in house at Barberian's for 28 days. Your oven has been waiting for this beauty to roast to perfection!! Available for Thursday, Friday or Saturday delivery this week.

Bone-In Prime Rib Roast 3 lbs x 1 - Take roast out of the fridge 1 hour  - 1  1/2 hours to rest and season well with Barberian's Steak Seasoning 1/2 hour before cooking. Place roast (bones face down) on a roasting rack on top of a cookie sheet or roasting pan. Heat oven to 450 F and cook the roast at this temperature for 5 - 10 minutes, then reduce the temperature to 325 F and cook for another 10 - 15 minutes per pound. Use a meat thermometer as your guide to reach your preferred internal temperature (we recommend 130 F for Medium Rare).  Remove roast from oven to rest for 10 - 20 minutes and tent very loosely with foil before serving. **This is just a guide as all ovens are different! 

 Horseradish Cream - Horseradish (horseradish, water, white vinegar, canola and/or soya oil, sallt, sugar, frozen egg yolk, corn starch, sodium bisulphate, mustard flour, spices, locust bean gum, dehydrated onion), Sour Cream.   

3. Herb Roasted Potatoes: 

In a hurry? Want some tasty spuds that you can just quickly heat and serve? All you need is a skillet on medium to high heat, add potatoes & toss for 5 - 7 minutes until heated through. Ingredients: New potatoes, rosemary, garlic, olive oil, salt & pepper.

4. Roasted Fall Vegetable medley:

Ingredients: sweet potato, carrot, parsnip, turnip, red onion, garlic, thyme, olive oil,  Barberian's Steak Spice. Harry's Cooking Tips:

Stove top method: 
1. Heat a non-stick pan at med-high heat. 
2. Empty the vegetables from the bag to the hot pan and cook for about 6-8 minutes. (Every stove is different)
3. Toss often to cook the vegetables evenly.
4. Once heated throughout, serve and Enjoy!
Oven method:
1. Preheat oven at 375 F
2. Place the vegetables from the bag onto an oven safe pan or baking sheet. 
3. Cook for 17-20 minutes. (Every oven is different)
4. Flip the vegetables a few times to prevent burning. 
5. Once heated throughout, serve 
5. Chocolate Mousse cup X 2: 

Finish an epic dinner with a light, creamy chocolate mousse made in house. Make sure you have a big spoon set at the table!

Chocolate Mousse Ingredients: Dark chocolate, egg yolk, heavy cream, sugar, raspberries .Refrigerate until served.
