Wild Mushroom Soup for Two
Wild Mushroom Soup - Wild mushrooms (oyster, cremini, yellow boletes, portobello, & porcini), water, celery, garlic, onions, shallots, carrots, fennel, butter, olive oil, potatoes, herbs, white wine, sherry, brandy, and heavy cream.
Harry's Cooking Tip: Heat in a medium sauce pot at low to medium heat. Stir often so not to burn the bottom. Let simmer for a few minutes to heat throughout. Do not boil! Serve in a bowl and enjoy.
