Our signature steak spice -- used in our restaurant since 1959.  Some say the real secret of Harry Barberian's success - along with offering great meals and impeccable service - was his unique and delicious Barberian's Steak Seasoning. A complex blend of more than a dozen ingredients including sea salts, garlic, onion, a blend of fine herbs and spices, cane sugar, garlic & onion, but low in sodium and without preservatives or MSG, Harry's famous seasoning has been often imitated but never duplicated. 

For Barberian's-quality flavor at home, sprinkle it liberally on all sides of your steak, roast, fish or vegetables, mix it in with burgers and meatloaf, even use it to rim cocktails. It's a Canadian steak-house legend in a bottle!
