Our Rib Steaks are dry aged in house for 28 days minimum and hand cut by our experienced butcher team.
Our steaks are butchered to order and then vacuum-packed. All orders received before 8 pm will be processed for next available delivery date at the earliest . Please note that orders placed on Saturday-Wednesday will be processed for a Thursday delivery at the earliest.
